A mobile wellness company that curates and delivers to your needs. Cetara isn’t one thing. It’s a range of practices: breathwork, sound healing, yoga, fascia release, meditation, all chosen because they actually work. Every session is grounded in real science, including principles from mindfulness-based stress reduction research: present-moment awareness, body scan techniques, mindful movement. We’re not a certified MBSR program, but the same thinking that made those approaches so well-researched and widely used informs everything we do.

Everything at Cetara starts here. Your breath is the fastest, most direct tool you have for shifting how you feel - stress, anxiety, tension, mental fog. You don’t need equipment or experience. You just need to show up.❋ Sound Healing
Singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments create vibrations that move through the body in ways that are genuinely hard to describe until you’ve experienced them. People come in tense and leave feeling like something heavy got lifted. It works at a level that talking and stretching alone can’t always reach.

Guided sessions that help you slow down, get out of your head, and build the kind of mental steadiness that makes everything else easier. Whether you’ve never meditated before or you have regular practice, there’s something here for you.❋ Yoga
Our yoga sessions are about more than the poses. Breath and awareness are built into everything, so it feels less like a workout and more like a reset. All levels welcome, and we can adapt to almost any space.❋ Additional Modalities

Fascia is the connective tissue running through your entire body, and most people have never heard of it, even though it holds tension like nothing else. Targeted release work gets into those layers, improves your movement, and often addresses pain that nothing else has touched.Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.

" We really enjoyed Sunday, it was a very special experience. I especially liked the combination of breath work and the sound bath. The breath work helped settle everything down, and by the time the bowls started, it was much easier to relax and quiet my mind. I don’t always slow down easily, so that part really stood out. Overall, I thought the flow of the evening worked well. The environment also felt really warm, open, and safe. That made it easy to actually relax and be present.
